On 16th of January 2018, project MediciNet II 's kick-off meeting was organized by the Lead Beneficiary, General Hospital of Komotini "Sismanogleio".

The meeting took place at Anatolia Hotel in Komotini, Greece. Stakeholders on behalf of both project partners (General Hospital of Komotini and Multi-profile Hospital of Active Treatment “Dr. Atanas Dafovski” AD) participated in the meeting.

During the kick-off meeting, the following topics were covered:

• MediciNet II project overview: concept, objectives, WPs & main outputs, expected results.
• Presentation of project’s overall working plan. Roles and Responsibilities per partner. Actions. Deliverables. Timetable. Milestones.
• Action plan for the first semester 2018.
• Presentation of the project communication strategy and target groups to address.
• Partners tasks related to the project management & reporting.
• Scheduling of the next project meeting.

The 2nd project meeting is planned to be organized at Kardzhali within the last week of May or the first week of June (28 May to 8 June 2018).
